Our goal is simple: We want you to purchase with confidence. When you purchase on Clorts.us, you get 45 days to wear your shoes 100% risk-free. If your shoes aren’t working exactly right for you, return them. We’ll even pay for shipping. Don’t worry about getting them dirty. We’ll make sure your returned shoes find a new home. We do our best to ensure they won’t end up in a landfill by donating them to local charities and shelters.

How do I return a Clorts.us order?

Online orders can be returned within 45 days of receiving the product. Visit the Order Status page to view your order and to start a return. Returns are processed within 7 days of Clorts receiving your product—usually sooner. We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.clorts.us. Please return the product to the original retailer. The 45-day risk-free trial period is only available on Clorts.us orders. If you have any concerns after 45 days, please give us a call.
